Personal Injury
Personal Injury claims may be the result of automobile and truck accidents, slip and falls, and other accidents caused by the negligence of others. The law provides that a victim may recover damages for medical expenses, lost income and pain and suffering. If married, the victim's spouse may recover for loss of consortium, the value of the injured spouses comapnionship, services, and relationship which was lost as a result of their injury.
Wrongful Death
Georgia law provides that the spouse or children of a person whose life is lost as a result of negligence may recover the full value of the life of the deceased spouse or parent. This right of recovery includes both the loss of future income and the loss of the opportunity to experience all of life's blessings. Our goal is to provide a measure of financial security which cannot replace the lost family member, but can ease the financial burden of facing life without them.
Commercial Litigation
